This job is located in our facility in Dayton, Ohio.
Watchmakers at Stoll & Co. are among the most desired professionals in the watch industry. We have been in business in Dayton, Ohio for over 40 years. With a state-of-the-art 8000 square foot facility, we are one of the largest repair services in the country, providing watch repair services to watch manufacturers, retail jewelers, and consumers.
Daily tasks:
Servicing timepieces from the world's finest watch brands, including:
- Rolex
- Patek Philippe
- Audemars Piguet
- Baume & Mercier
- Breitling
- Carl F Bucherer
- Omega
- TAG Heuer
Job Requirements:
- Perform water resistance testing
- Replace case gaskets
- Handle refurbishment of mechanical movements
- Work on both mechanical and quartz timepieces
- Must work on-site in Dayton, Ohio
Qualifications:
- 2 years industry experience
- WOSTEP (or equivalent) certificate
- Pass a bench test
- Perform technical repair and service on over 100 watch brands according to guidelines established by the individual brands.
- Ability to use equipment/tools from Witschi, Horotec, Bergeon, Elma, and Roxer.
- Passion for watches
- Intimate working knowledge of the watch industry
- Motivated, driven, and able to work independently, while being part of a team
- Good communication skills
- You love variety and a challenge
