What You Will Be Doing
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
- Assist in daily tasks including meetings and on-going or upcoming projects.
- Assist on Warehouse restructuring Project.
- Assist on cleaning up, and consolidating data for all API 570 Piping Inspections and API 653 Tank Inspections in Ultimo.
- Assist on uploading all Tanks P & IDs, Specs sheets, Drawings etc.. in Ultimo.
- Assist on uploading all Pumps Curves, Manuals, Parts books, Specs sheets, Drawings etc. in Ultimo.
- Assist with the Terminal Heating Strategy Program and Terminal Painting Program.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Self-motivated.
- Transportation Required
- Enrolled (active) in a college Engineering program is a Must! (Flexible hours while attending college).
- Internship is available for either One SUMMER or One SEMESTER.
- Must be available 5 days a week.
