As our Voyage Coordinator you will be working with the commercial team to provide support to the voyage optimization and sales & marketing department. You will be the day-to-day liaison of Stolt Tankers with our customers and brokers. In short, you will be our track & trace specialist and will be responsible for everything we need to keep our customers satisfied, optimize the voyage performance, and maximize the financial result.

What you will be doing
You will be the Voyage Coordinator for our fleet worldwide. You handle the day-to-day liaison with spot and Contract of Affreightment (COA) customers. You are the eyes and ears for our sales managers providing them with relevant information to service our clients on top level. Our tankers travel across the world, and you will be responsible for the load that is on these ships.
Key responsibilities
- You will handle the day-to-day liaison with spot and COA customers.
- You are responsible for nominating ships under COA’s, and spot fixtures as directed by the Tradelane Manager.
- You will handle all customer service requests.
- You will maintain voyage itinerary and P / L for assigned ships.
- You are responsible for the accurate entry of spot fixtures, barging and transshipments in IMOS and any later changes to the spot fixture.
- You are our provider of weekly forecast reports.
