Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment Support:
- Assist in overseeing the order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory, packaging, and shipping.
- Help implement and maintain efficient order processing systems and procedures.
- Address issues related to order fulfillment, including returns and exchanges.
- Support the Ecommerce Manager in developing strategies to reduce logistical losses.
Customer Service Assistance:
- Provide support in delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Assist in monitoring and addressing customer feedback and reviews to improve service quality.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the ecommerce and fulfillment teams to ensure adherence to best practices and company policies.
- Support training initiatives to help the team achieve performance goals.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in preparing reports on ecommerce performance, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
- Help gather data to support decision-making and improvements in ecommerce operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with QVC or similar retail platforms is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field, or relevant experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or order fulfillment roles.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ecommerce tools and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
