The Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also need to obtain a Department of Transportation (DoT) Medical Card within the probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications and shipping requirements.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing.
- Prepare and label orders for shipment.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to obtain a DoT Medical Card within the probationary period.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for order verification.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
