What You'll Do:
In your role, you'll deliver impactful results by:
- HRIS Management & System Optimization: Maintain and enhance HR systems, ensuring seamless data management, system security, and automation of HR processes. Designing and maintaining HR dashboards for insights on turnover, new hires, labor movement, and workforce demand planning. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues. Work with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Workforce Analytics: Analyze workforce trends, performance metrics, and engagement data. Help drive strategic HR initiatives and build dynamic dashboards that support workforce planning and talent development.
- Compensation & Rewards Analysis: Assisting leadership with compensation benchmarking and salary structure development. Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis, ensuring competitive pay structures. Assist in the development of salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation reports to support annual review processes.
- Process Improvement & HR Technology: Drive HR process optimization and automation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR workflows and recommend HR technology solutions that align with business needs. Partnering with teams to implement self-service options and automation tools that enhance HR efficiency and employee experience. Conducting data audits and ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR analytics, compensation analysis, or process improvement.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, ADP) and strong data analysis/reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with SQL queries, HR dashboards and process automation tools is a plus.
- Understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, workforce planning best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead process improvement initiatives.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
