A Behavior Clinician plays a crucial role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Your expertise in positive behavior supports will help individuals and their families achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

The position offers a unique opportunity for supervision hours with both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Board Certified Behavior Clinician (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral strengths and challenges
· Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
· Implement behavioral interventions
· Collaborate with clients, their team members, family members, and waiver providers
· Provide training and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of interventions
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
Qualifications include:
· Master’s Degree in a human services field including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or Psychology
· Coursework and/or experience in ABA or knowledge and ability to demonstrate coursework in or 3 years experience in devising, implementing, and monitoring behavior support plans, experience as a behavior interventionist is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
· Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
· Experience with Medicaid Waiver services is valued.
