Milestones, a division of Stone Belt Arc, Inc, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Therapy Coordinator to lead and manage our therapy program. This role is ideal for a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and maintaining high-quality services. If you join our team as a Therapy Coordinator, you can expect to regularly perform these types of responsibilities:
- Maintain a reduced direct service caseload, delivering individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Provide guidance, and consultation to a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Provide clinical supervision where needed.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy program, including compliance with regulations, program growth, and service improvements.
- Support therapists in case management, crisis intervention, and treatment planning, ensuring services align with best practices.
- Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements as needed.

If you have an active, unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license and a minimum of 3-5 years of outpatient clinical experience in therapy, then you qualify for this opportunity! A strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities, clinical ethics, and regulatory compliance is needed and previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
