Part-Time RN Supervisor position (16 hours, 7:00-3:00 shift)
The schedule is as follows:
- Week 1- Tuesday & Wednesday
- Week 2- Monday & Tuesday
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Qualifications:
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in nursing needs of aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environment
