What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Assistant for Home Builder/Real Estate/Realtor position at Stone Bridge Homes NW?
We are a home builder in the Portland area looking for a sales-minded real estate professional to staff and sell multiple new home communities across the Portland area. We are looking for an upbeat, charismatic, full-time employee. Possessing an active realtor's license is not required but is preferred. Applicants must have their own car and be able to work weekends. This role will take place at model homes across the Portland metro region.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Staff model home and provide unparalleled customer service to model home visitors
-Effectively and professionally communicate with prospect buyers through various channels
-Assist sales manager/broker with miscellaneous projects regarding new home sales, including but not limited to market research, managing real estate listings, communicating with construction staff and suppliers, and clerical work.
-Effectively and professionally provide customer service to and assist in the management of homebuyers during the building process.
Retail sales, customer service, and management experience or experience using AutoCAD are preferred skills.
Physical Demands:
-Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Base salary (DOE) PLUS commissions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
