Service Technician Position

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical service while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic testing, maintenance, and repairs on equipment
Respond to service calls and maintain detailed service records
Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues and solutions
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Travel to customer sites within the service area
Maintain assigned service vehicle and equipment

Required Qualifications

Must obtain valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
Reliable transportation to and from work
2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair
Experience with digital diagnostic tools
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
