Who you are :
The Property Manager is an integral part of the Stone & Browning team.They are expected to maintain and enhance the value of the real estate assets, for the benefit of the residents and the community.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years experience in Property Management
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license required
Skills and Experience :
What we offer :
The position is full-time, with a M-F schedule of 8 : 30-4 : 30 and requires an understanding that emergencies may arise that require attending to out of this set schedule.
Salary : $58,700 - $65,000 commensurate with experience.
