WHY?
We are looking for a closer. We don’t need a business developer.
There are 2 kinds of closers. Closers who work hard and closers who kind of work.

You’re the one generating 50 opportunities weekly and the one closing them.
Your base salary is for your lead-generation and “admin work.”
No true pro is writing home for their salary — this is a career play in sales.
The only thing that makes this ultra-exciting is ultra-competitive commissions.
HOW?
Mondays and Fridays — work from home, strictly through our CRM.
You hunt 50 leads and nurture all open deals, each day.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays — you’re on the road, visiting 15 companies each day.
Targeting 50 property management companies that manage condos, weekly.
HOW MUCH?
Average first-year OTE is $125-150K, all in uncapped and upfront-paid commissions.
Good first-year OTE is $150-200K; great is $200K (doable, not a sold pipe-dream).
Different tiers for different hunger — but we explain all in real life examples, if you make the 2nd interview.
