Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies.
- Package finished products for display or catering orders, ensuring they are visually appealing.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance baking skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the culinary field.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with various baking techniques and pastry arts.
