We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Food Truck Chef to take the lead on our high-volume, fast-paced food truck. This role is perfect for someone with solid kitchen experience who thrives under pressure and enjoys engaging with customers. Tons of fun, and tons of opportunity for growth and development.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Prepping ingredients at the restaurant—sauces, proteins, and other essentials
- Running the food truck a few days a week, managing both cooking and service
- Helping with menu development to keep things fresh and exciting
- Providing great customer service—a friendly, outgoing attitude goes a long way
- Keeping up with the pace—our truck gets wildly busy, and efficiency is key
- At least one year of cooking experience (food truck experience is a plus)
- A valid driver’s license (you’ll be responsible for driving the truck)
- Ability to handle a fast-moving, high-energy work environment
- A self-starter who can take ownership of the role
- Strong communication skills—you’ll be interacting with customers daily
