Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Admissions Process: Oversee and manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families.
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and brand awareness of Stone Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with local healthcare professionals, referral sources, and the community to generate new leads.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Actively engage with potential residents, caregivers, and families to tour the facility, assess needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Community Engagement: Organize and participate in events to build local partnerships, outreach programs, and educational opportunities to engage the local community and grow the Stone Creek brand.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and admissions data, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director, Care Team, and other departments to ensure the smooth transition of new residents into the community and that all expectations are met.
