Hardscape Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hardscape construction, project management, and quality control. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing teams on-site, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

• Must have 3 experience in laying pavers, wall block, using a transit, and driving a truck and trailer.
• Supervise and manage construction crews to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets industry standards and contractual obligations.
• Maintain effective communication with owner, contractors, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site
• Prepare reports on project progress and provide updates to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape construction field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Ability to operate Excavator, Skid steer, and demo saws safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory and must be able to drive a truck with a trailer.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,407.00 per year
