Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our landscaping team during our busy season. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office functions, communicating with clients, and keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing courteous and prompt customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments for estimates, maintenance, and landscaping jobs
- Maintain accurate customer records, job files, and scheduling calendars
- Assist with creating and sending invoices, estimates, and service reminders
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with landscaping and gardening services preferred
- Familiarity with LMN would be a huge plus
Schedule & Availability:
- Part-time hours: [e.g., 15–20 hours per week], with potential flexibility
- Seasonal position: typically active during the spring and summer into fall
Must be available during peak business hours (some flexibility can be discussed)
