Route Driver Day

Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Driver
  • Must check all products on the route before leaving the bakery and at each stop
  • Will load own truck and make sure everything is accounted for before leaving the bakery
  • Will complete route within expected timeframe
  • Will pick up racks and trays and keep route clean
  • Will make sure truck is full of gas at the end of the day

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Must be flexible in schedule
• Must have a valid/current driver's license
• Good communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal; both individually and in a group setting
• Good decision-making skills. Ability to make decisions autonomously with limited information.
• Effectively manage change and comfortable changing direction and acting without complete information
• Good organizational and prioritization skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds
