This position entails the comprehensive management and upkeep of a portfolio ranging from small to medium-sized businesses, ensuring all activities align with the agency's predefined renewal schedule. The goal is to execute these tasks with the highest level of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with adjustments to their coverage, while also educating them on the specifics of their policies, including coverage, exclusions, and potential risks.
- Prepare and submit renewal documents, including applications, coverage details, loss reports, and summaries, to insurers, engaging in direct negotiations when necessary.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients, aiming to surpass their expectations through proactive and well-organized renewal procedures.
- Follow all internal procedures, timelines, and guidelines strictly.
- Handle the issuance of certificates of insurance, ensuring all contract requirements are met, and also manage proposals, Auto ID cards, billing entries, policy adjustments, summaries, coverage reviews, and follow-up on pending items.
- Ensure the accuracy of policy coverages, endorsements, and billing processes.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in mathematics, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A service-driven approach with the capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Must be adept at managing tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to prioritize issues efficiently.
- Technical proficiency, especially in data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Familiarity with AMS360 and Imagewrite software is advantageous.
Education:
- A college degree is preferred.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in roles closely related to the job functions.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Required to have an active Property & Casualty Brokers License.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
