What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Leasing Agent position at Stone House Development, Inc.?
Stone House Development is seeking a motivated full time Leasing Agent in Madison, WI. No experience? We offer full training! Please note this position is late afternoon/early evening and weekend hours, 30-40 hours per week and will be spent traveling between numerous Madison properties.
This position is crucial to the success of our properties as you will be the first contact with prospects looking for apartments within our apartment communities. From the first contact to setting up showings to completing the showings you will be tasked with closing the sale and promoting our wonderful properties. Additional duties such as application processing and general office duties will also be part of this position. If you enjoy working with the public in a real estate field, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Growth advancement is available for the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as effective public relations skills are required. Experience working with Outlook, Word and Excel is also preferred.
