What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Stone House Development, Inc.?
Stone House Development, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced full time Assistant Property Manager in Madison, Wisconsin. This position is on the east side of Madison and will be rotating between two properties close in proximity.
This position has an emphasis on leasing and apartment showings but also includes assisting the Property Manager with tenant relations and general property management tasks including (but not limited to) responding to apartment inquiries, lease signings, application processing, ensuring top notch curb appeal, move outs and move ins. General clerical duties and property inspections will also be part of the position as directed by the Property Manager. This position is paperwork intensive and requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task and the ability to prioritize while remaining focused on the big picture while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Effective communication skills, verbal and written, as well as public relations skills are required. Microsoft office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required and the qualified candidate will have property management and/or leasing experience.
