What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Stone House Development, Inc.?
Stone House Development, Inc. is a Madison based real estate development and property management company seeking a motivated and experienced full time Property Manager.
This position includes general property management tasks including (but not limited to) showing apartments, lease signings, rent collection, vendor/contractor oversight, ensuring top notch curb appeal, move outs and move ins and resident retention. In addition, the right candidate will prove they are able to focus on maintaining positive tenant and public relations. This position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task and the ability to prioritize while remaining focused on the big picture.
Experience with affordable housing with an emphasis on Section 42 is a plus but is not required. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as effective public relations skills are required.
