What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Asset Backed position at Stone Management?
International Bank with a successful asset backed securitization business funding a wide range of consumer and commercial asset classes, is seeking an associate to:
Provide ongoing deal team support for multiple existing transactions, including ongoing funding and surveillance as well as portfolio management oversight; and (ii) participate in the origination of new prospective transactions, including structuring, documentation and execution.
Prescreen credit applications before a new business meeting with regards to compliance to internal and regulatory credit risk standards.
Assign risk rating for all existing and proposed exposures using the appropriate rating methodology for the respective asset class and transaction structure
Review the loan documentation
Restructure and workout underperforming transactions.
Prepare credit applications and prepare a written vote on each transaction.
Attend client and bank meetings as needed.
Experience required is 3-6 years experience with securitized or structured products.
Salary $140K to 160K bonus potential.
