What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance Worker position at Stone Management?

With a large commercial warehouse spanning over 800,000 sq. ft we need daily maintenance for keeping the property in good working order for our businesses and customers.
Required skills:
- A Positive, Can-Do attitude
- Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain general cleaning routines throughout the facility both interior and exterior
- Seasonal grounds keeping i.e. mowing and snow removal
- Physically able to lift 50lbs or more
- General knowledge of maintenance and cleaning in an industrial facility
- General knowledge of tools and “handyman” skills would be great.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
