Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of outbound/inbound phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Set and confirm appointments for sales opportunities
- Follow up with customers and leads in a timely, organized manner
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate customer information
- Meet and exceed performance goals in lead conversion and appointment setting
- Work closely with sales and management teams to support dealership objectives
- Take part in regular coaching sessions and training to continuously improve
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with phones, texting platforms, and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance targets
