We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Aerial Adventure Course Tour Guide to join our team. The primary job of our tour guides is to provide excellent customer service, ensure the safety of guests, manage the daily operations of the aerial adventure course, and educate guests on safety procedures and techniques to provide a safe and fun experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet guests and provide information about the aerial adventure course, policies, and safety procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about Park happenings to better assist our guests.
- Assist guests with fitting and adjusting harnesses and safety gear.
- Provide detailed instruction on safety procedures and techniques for navigating the aerial adventure course.
- Monitor guests on the course to ensure they are following all safety guidelines.
- Perform regular safety checks and maintenance of the course and equipment.
- Manage the schedule and POS system for the aerial adventure course.
- Keep accurate records of guest participation, payments, and maintenance activities.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with general facility maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Be able and willing to work all Adventure Outpost activities including rock walls and water taxi deckhand.
- Must be comfortable working at heights of 15 ft above the ground.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal, is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to display proper belaying techniques as described in the standard operating procedures.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers is essential.
- The role requires the ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct with both guests and colleagues are expected.
- The ability to present information and respond to questions in a clear and concise manner to both guests and employees is required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to swim and familiarity with basic water safety procedures preferred.
- Experience working in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of aerial adventure course techniques and equipment preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
