Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices for vehicle sales, service repairs, and parts transactions.
- Verify the accuracy of billing information, including vehicle prices, discounts, taxes, and fees.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and state regulations regarding billing and financial reporting.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any invoicing issues with internal departments or customers.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring proper documentation of payments and outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions as needed.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in automotive billing, accounting, or finance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
