Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Serve food and drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards
Interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner
Ring in guest checks, handle money, and process credit card payments following company policies and procedures
Assist with seating guests, clearing and setting tables, and preparing to-go orders
Engage with guests to provide a great dining experience
Become knowledgeable of all dishes and drinks to make educated recommendations to guests
What Were Looking For:
At least one year of experience in a restaurant setting (fine dining preferred)
Experience handling money and operating point-of-sales (POS) and credit/debit card processing systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and professional behavior
Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and Sundays
