Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define and document business objectives, processes, and system requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to determine business needs for end-user applications, operational procedures, and support.
- Ensure business processes are effectively communicated to both technical and non-technical teams to align development efforts with user goals.
- Develop and document Business Requirements (BRQs) and System Requirements (SRQs) using business process analysis methodologies.
- Facilitate the review and refinement of business requirements to ensure clarity, traceability, and alignment with project objectives.
- Identify project stakeholders, risks, and the impact of system changes on users and customers.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Application Development teams to validate system designs and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide Business Analyst support for software testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Maintain and update the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track system and business requirements.
- Deliver status reports on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Participate in business strategy discussions and contribute to portfolio-level planning.
- Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, IT, Computer Science, etc.) required
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system design.
- Experience in enterprise-level system implementations and business process transformation.
- Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify risks, and propose strategic solutions.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, including influencing senior leadership and facilitating cross-functional discussions.
- Proficiency in process mapping, use case development, and software testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of automotive industry processes and systems is a plus.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are preferred.
