We are representing a wonderful client in the telecom space looking to expand their design team. Our client specializes in providing top-tier design solutions for fiber networks across the U.S.

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Drafters at various experience levels (I, II, III) to support our client's growing team. This role involves transforming rough designs into technical working documents using AutoCAD, collaborating with engineers and designers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Convert engineering designs into precise CAD drawings

✅ Ensure drawings adhere to established specifications and standards

✅ Collaborate with designers and engineers to resolve discrepancies

✅ Maintain accurate documentation and project records

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Drafter I – 0-2 years of drafting experience

🔹 Drafter II – 2-4 years of drafting experience 1-2 years in telecom

🔹 Drafter III – 4-7 years of drafting experience 3 years in telecom

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD (2007 or higher)

✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills

✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Valid driver’s license required
