Technical Product Manager – Hybrid in St. Louis, MO
STONE Resource Group is representing a leading company in the financial services sector that is looking to add a Technical Product Manager to their team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in St. Louis, MO.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who will serve as a gatekeeper for the work of Data Engineers and Analytics teams. This role will be responsible for gathering and digesting technical requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and working closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for data-driven projects.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into clear deliverables.
- Work with product architects to design technical solutions that meet acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment.
- Drive the development of dashboards and data reporting tools to track key KPIs.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across finance, analytics, and data teams in a complex matrixed organization.
- Support the product team by leading strategic planning, execution, and product lifecycle management.
Experience & Skills Required:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
✅ 7-10 years of experience in product management within a cloud-based and/or SaaS environment.
✅ Proven experience leading large-scale projects using Agile methodologies.
✅ Strong understanding of cloud technologies (GCP preferred).
✅ Experience working with data warehouses, AI concepts, and analytics-driven projects.
✅ Ability to analyze large data dashboards to monitor KPIs and make informed decisions.
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment.
✅ Cloud certification is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI concepts and data analytics.
- Background in financial services or enterprise technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing product dashboards and reporting tools.
