STONE Resource Group is proud to represent a leading company in the financial services industry seeking a Human Capital Records Admin to join their team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate, organized, and secure employment records for all associates, including home office staff, financial advisors, and branch employees.
You’ll be responsible for handling a variety of HR administrative processes including eligibility checks, file maintenance, auditing, and customer service support. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy investigative work—this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Rehire and Transfer Eligibility Checks by researching and analyzing employment history and other relevant data.
- Maintain and process electronic personnel files and fulfill file access requests in a timely and secure manner.
- Organize and manage incoming paper documents.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and updates.
- Meet 24-48 hour turnaround expectations for processing deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve questions related to HR processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service support for inquiries related to electronic personnel files and eligibility checks.
Qualifications:
- Strong investigative and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to clearly and thoroughly respond to inquiries and instructions.
- Highly organized with solid time management skills.
- Comfortable multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- PeopleSoft HRMS experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Edge, or Chrome.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
