We are seeking a Senior Change Lead to drive the adoption of critical change initiatives and system implementations for one of our leading clients. This role focuses on developing and executing change management strategies that align with transformation goals, enabling smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support the adoption of critical initiatives and new business processes.
- Identify potential risks, resistance points, and gaps, creating and executing corrective action plans.
- Write, manage, and support communication efforts for change initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.
- Create communication materials, key messages, and collaborate with subject matter experts on deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of messages to the right audience via appropriate channels.
- Partner closely with project managers and deployment leads to align change management activities with organizational and departmental strategies.
- Maintain and report on integrated delivery and adoption plans for critical change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, deliver, and assess training programs that align with transformation objectives.
- Ensure teams are well-equipped to navigate and embrace changes effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations in change management practices.
- Advocate for the benefits of planned changes and drive awareness of their value to the organization.
