Legal Intake Specialist

Stone Rose Law, a growing law firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. Position Overview

The Legal Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance. This role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to gather and organize essential information while making clients feel valued and understood.

This full-time, in-person position requires presence in our office Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, to ensure optimal collaboration and client service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and handle client inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
• Conduct initial screening consultations to gather case information.
• Assess potential cases against established intake criteria.
• Document detailed client information and case facts in our case management system.
• Schedule appointments for attorney consultations.
• Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff regarding new potential cases.
• Generate initial client documentation and intake forms.
• Participate in regular team meetings to improve intake processes.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
