Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Sales Manager for our Orlando Branch to join our stone distribution company . As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring smooth workflows, managing a dedicated team, and driving sales growth. This is a pivotal role requiring leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations, including inventory, logistics, and customer service.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage existing customers to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
We use cloud base Repsly & Stone profit system as our accounting , inventory , CRM and sales system for everything you need to sell.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in management, preferably in stone distribution, construction materials, or a related industry .
- Previous experience managing a sales team and a Branch and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership , team-building skills. and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. -
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary:
- Salary aggressive commission model on existing sales and new sales
