Key Responsibilities:
We work closely with CoAdvantage as our PEO provider, so experience working with any PEO companies is essential for this role.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes using 3rd party Clear Company applicant tracking software.
- Manage employee relations with empathy and professionalism, addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA laws and regulations.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with management to assess and improve organizational culture , safety , performance and handling other office administration work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial reporting tools.
Salary:
Depends on experience
