Role Description:
This is a contract/project-based role for a Sr. Motion Graphics Artist. The Sr. Motion Graphics Artist will be responsible for:
- Motion design and motion graphics
- Graphics creation and illustration
- Storyboarding and conceptualizing ideas
- Advanced 2D animation techniques
- Applying motion principles and creating compelling motion systems tailored to our clients’ needs
The role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and all candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Motion Design and Motion Graphics: Over 10 years of experience in After Effects and advanced keyframing.
- Illustration Skills: Ability to create original graphics and enhance visual storytelling a plus.
- Graphics and Storyboarding: Proficiency in developing creative concepts and translating them into dynamic visual narratives.
- 2D Animation: Proven expertise in commercial 2D animation for the film or gaming industry.
- Understanding of Motion Systems: Confidence in creating or exceeding existing motion systems.
- Passion for Gaming: A deep understanding of gaming culture and the ability to connect with the gaming audience.
- Strong Artistic and Creative Abilities: Ability to innovate and deliver high-quality visuals.
- Discretion and Professionalism: Must be able to work on sensitive projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Independent Work Style: Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
Net30 payment terms. In office may be required.
