Stoneage Natural Rocks & Crystals is a growing retail brand with 8 physical stores across 5 states, and we are expanding our Amazon presence to become a leading seller in the metaphysical and crystal market.
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Specialist to join our team on-site at our Norcross, GA office. This part-time role (2-3 days per week) will focus on optimizing, managing, and growing our Amazon storefront by handling listings, ads, SEO, inventory, and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Amazon Storefront & Listing Management
- Create, optimize, and manage Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points).
- Ensure listings meet Amazon’s guidelines and troubleshoot any suspensions or approval issues.
- Design and update the Amazon storefront, making it visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Monitor and improve listing performance to boost conversions and rankings.
2. Amazon SEO & Advertising
- Implement Amazon SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and product visibility.
- Set up and manage Amazon Ads (PPC campaigns, sponsored products, display ads).
- Continuously optimize ads for maximum return on investment (ROI) and reduced ad spend waste.
- Track competitor strategies and adjust pricing, keywords, and promotions accordingly.
3. FBA & Inventory Management
- Prepare, label, and ship products to Amazon FBA warehouses.
- Track shipments, ensure stock availability, and avoid stockouts or overstock issues.
- Maintain inventory reports and forecast demand to prevent fulfillment delays.
4. Performance Monitoring & Growth Strategies
- Analyze sales trends, ad performance, and customer data to optimize growth strategies.
- Track key metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and bestseller rankings.
- Suggest and implement A/B testing strategies for improved listings.
5. Customer Service & Review Management
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve claims, returns, and refund issues while maintaining strong seller performance ratings.
- Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and minimize negative feedback.
Ideal Candidate:
Amazon Expert – Knows Amazon's algorithm, backend tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
Listing & SEO Knowledge – Can optimize product pages, get listings approved, and drive organic traffic.
Advertising Skills – Experience with Amazon PPC, display ads, and budget optimization.
FBA & Logistics – Understands prepping, labeling, shipping, and tracking FBA inventory.
Technical & Analytical Skills – Can monitor performance, analyze trends, and boost conversions.
Customer Service – Able to handle reviews, messages, and maintain seller reputation.
Growth-Oriented Mindset – Passionate about scaling Amazon sales and improving store performance.
