Responsibilities:
Welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the practice's calendar effectively.
Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate and complete records.
Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
Support the veterinary team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure all clients receive outstanding service and care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in veterinary assisting is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a veterinary setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Passion for working with animals and providing compassionate care
