Stonebranch is searching for a SeniorSales Managerwhos interested in playing in the explosive IT automation market.As a Senior Sales Manager, you may manage strategic accounts and new inbound leads in the US. The candidate is expected to have a strong sales acumen, experience selling B2B and SaaS solutions. Candidate must demonstrate an ability to interact with customers and prospects at all levels of management. Position includes a sales quota with incentives.
This is a remote position; candidates must be located within the Pacific Time Zone. Quarterly travel to our Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA will be required. This position will report to the VP of Americas & UK Sales.
Your Impact on the Organization:
- Ability to develop and present value propositions and business cases to prospective customers.
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts, maximize revenue and value for Stonebranch.
- Understand and explain Stonebranchs products, their functionality and their fit within the customers IT landscape.
- Work with and effectively manage the Stonebranch sales process.
- Position the Stonebranch brand and products within strategic customers.
- Effective account development and planning strategies and develop a sales pipeline.
- Effective prospecting skills.
- High energy, self-sufficient and a team player mentality.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, MBA preferred
- 10 years of experience in software sales, preferably WLA, SOAP, or SaaS products.
- Solution Value Selling skills: TCO and ROI based sales models.
- Demonstrated proficiency with basic office software including Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work well with team members including managers, systems engineers, HR and accounting.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
