Location: The Stonebreaker Hotel, Fayetteville
Position Overview: The Stonebreaker Hotel is a newly opened luxury boutique property, offering a unique opportunity to shape its future success. The Stonebreaker Hotel is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager (GM) to lead all aspects of operations at this luxury boutique property. The GM will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the hotel's mission, vision, and values.
Experience and Skills:
Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial goals and enhance guest experiences.
Provide inspirational leadership to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Act as the face of the hotel, maintaining strong relationships with guests, employees, and community stakeholders.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor key performance metrics, including revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction scores, and take corrective action when necessary.
Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in collaboration with the finance team.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies.
Control costs and expenses while maintaining the highest standards of service and product quality.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, and retain top talent across all departments.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for department leaders.
Cultivate a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with company values.
Guest Experience:
Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
Actively respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Continuously improve service offerings and operational efficiencies to exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a luxury or boutique hotel setting, with a proven track record of success.
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
