We are seeking energetic individuals to join us in our unique and fast-paced Service Department as a Customer Service Agent / Booker . If you are great at attention to detail, customer service and are looking for a role that has many facets, then this job is for you. This job will help book shop tickets, cover the phones as needed and do CSI follow up. It offers some flexibility in scheduling and offers Saturday hours. This job is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to get into the car business but doesn't know where to start and may not want to work on cars or sell them. If you have experience in a business development center, or, in a customer facing role this is a great opportunity.
