Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking highly energetic Activities Aides to join our team!
Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. We are currently seeking FT and PT Activities Aides to join our team. At Springpoint, our Activities Aide is responsible for providing therapeutic activity programs to the residents which include every other weekend, some evenings, and some holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, developing, and directing all therapeutic activities for groups or individuals to meet the residents' needs.
- Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and implementing therapeutic activities.
- Prepare supplies, lists of participants, and schedules for each activity. Escort residents to and from groups. Conduct group activities.
- Keep a daily record of the types and number of activities each resident participated in.
- Attend all scheduled educational offerings about Patient Activities and Resident Care.
- Clinical Documentation such as MDS, Annual and Quarterly notes to be written.
- Assist with outings.
- Attend Care planning meetings
Education and Experience:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Certification from the National Council for Activity Professionals or the National Council of Therapeutic Recreation is preferred
- 2 Years experience in a similar role preferred

Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour
