Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or Aloha POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering new stock when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred.
- Understanding of, or ability to learn extensive information about craft beer.
- Understanding of, or ability to learn extensive information about wine.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar cash register systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
