Essential Functions and Duties:
- Provide desktop support to hotel staff and corporate office employees, troubleshooting hardware, and software.
- Configure, and maintain hotel management systems, corporate applications.
- Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure system integrity at hotel and corporate locations.
- Assist with managing accounts in Azure, performing password resets, and maintaining user access rights.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and new solutions across both environments.
- Travel to various hotel and corporate sites to provide on-site technical assistance and maintenance.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certification in IT is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a similar IT role.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems, corporate IT environments, and Azure account management is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel if needed.
- Primarily works in an office environment with frequent use of computers.
- Requires extended periods of sitting and performing detailed work on multiple projects.
- Occasional travel to hotel properties for on-site support, new openings, or acquisitions.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting
