Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking items as needed to ensure availability.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the pro shop.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Familiarity with stock management processes is a plus.
