Responsibilities
- Answer phones to manage each call from clients/caregivers as needed
- Direct calls that need to go to other team members in scheduling or HR as needed
- Create, build, and organize schedules for new onboarding caregivers and call clients to direct time changes as needed
- Coordinate directly with your scheduling team for day-to-day tasks
- Maintain trusting relationships with clients and caregivers as they call with questions or concerns
- Take the on-call phone after-hours for emergencies only (optional, no coverage for shifts required) Potential of an extra $400/week.
- Perform other scheduling duties as needed
This role requires a consistent 9am-5pm full-time schedule
Starting $18/hour
The ideal Client Care Coordinator will be a hard-working, reliable professional able to undertake coordinating employees’ and clients’ schedules while working diligently with your scheduling team.
Specifically, this person will be trained to answer the phone, learn how to use our internal scheduling program with the team, and learn how to provide life changing service to our clients.
On call is optional for up to $400 extra each week (on top of normal office pay). No CNA is required and no shifts will be covered while on call.
Skills
- Confidence speaking on the phone with our clients and caregivers
- Experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of programs like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Google Chrome (Required)
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No degree or CNA License required
