What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Manager position at Stonebridge Nursing and Rehab?
We are searching for a very organized, detail oriented individual to step into the Business Office Manager Role.
This individual must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Facility software is healthcare specific and successful candidate will receive training. The position also requires an individual that is task oriented, organized and able to work with deadlines.
This individual works with HR processes such as payroll, new hire processes and time keeping; Accounts Receivables/Billing/Collections; Accounts Payable/Coding. Basic office tasks required as well such as opening mail and answering telephones. Works directly with the Administrator and Corporate staff to complete a variety of office tasks.
