Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Director/Move-In Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing and supervising the sales and marketing operations. The position requires excellent marketing, sales planning, and execution for the community. Responsible for taking the lead in assessing the local market and developing a marketing plan tailored to the particular geographic region in which the community is located and will be able to sell the community by advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted occupancy and revenue goals. They will cultivate and grow existing professional relationships established with the community in an effort to increase the referral base and ultimately increase resident move-ins. They will also be responsible for promoting a positive move-in experience, introducing prospects and residents to the Administration team, communication with the Sales Manager regarding new resident needs, information and concerns.
Essential Responsibilites
1. Studies the market and creates a dynamic, successful marketing plan
2. Develops the marketing and sales budget
3. Uses discretion and independent judgment in identifying referral sources and how much time to devote to particular marketing strategies
4. Develops strategy for each prospect from initial inquiry through the final decision
5. Keeps contact records current on a computerized lead tracking system
6. Builds customer focused relationships by advancing the lead through the sales process and gaining customer commitment
7. Conducts strategy and advisory meetings with the Executive Director as necessary
8. Provides marketing and sales leadership to all team members
9. Strives to meet or exceed targeted occupancy and sales
10. Generates leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources
11. Plans and executes monthly presentations to professional referral sources
12. Creates, updates, and implements Quarterly Marketing Plan
13. Conducts bi-annual competitive market research ranking and analysis and accurately reports data on the competitor tracking form
14. Assists in the presentation and value of Stonebridge’s products and services for our residents, families and team members and targeted referral sources
15. Understands and manages their respective departmental budget
16. Reviews monthly financial statements and implements plans of action around deficiencies
17. Process and submit monthly expenses and budget data timely
Qualifications
1. Associate or Bachelor's degree
2. Successful marketing & sales experience
3. Ability to handle multiple priorities
4. Ability to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles and interests.
5. Planning and negotiating skills
6. Competent in organizational, time management skills
7. Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
8. Able to communicate orally and in writing with residents, families and co-workers
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
10. Strong computer skills and ability to interact with a variety of electronic devices.
